Media Summit 2022

On behalf of EBU Media, TV Committee and Digital Committee, the EBU Media Department is delighted to welcome EBU Members to the Media Summit 2022, including the Television and Digital Assemblies, on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 May in Istanbul and hosted by TRT.

The EBU Media Summit and Assemblies is the unique meeting place for senior leaders of EBU Members and Associate Members.

This will be our first in-person Media Summit after two years of meeting virtually, which makes us even more excited to welcome media executives from around the EBU Member network.

Over these two days, the EBU Media Department will present an overview of the key challenges and opportunities for public service media in 2022. We will explore trends in distribution, content, and innovation to reach young audiences. We will also discuss the efforts in advocacy for public service broadcasting and the independence of journalists in Europe.

Please join us in Istanbul from Sunday 22 May evening, for a welcome event. You are also invited to join us for an excursion on 24 May afternoon.
