Supporting collaborative programming that reaches beyond borders
The EBU is seeking to support ambitious, stand-out public-service programme-making through the EBU Content Fund.
Projects which bring together several public-service networks in co-development or co-production are eligible to apply for funding during open funding round.
The EBU Content Fund aims to support producers and commissioners of collaborative programmes which fulfil public-service objectives.
In return for financial support to projects in creation, EBU seeks reimbursement from successful projects, and acquires rights to resulting programmes for its members in selected territories.
The current round of the EBU Content Fund accepts applications for development and production of documentary projects from 16 March – 12 May.
All eligible applications will be assessed by an expert panel, and representatives EBU TV Committee shall award funding to selected project within two weeks of the end of the funding round.

The Fund was previously known as the EBU Co-Production Fund and is under the supervision of the EBU Television Committee and is being managed within the EBU Media-TV unit.
